Scheduled Fall Migration Walks

Join us on our traditional Fall Migration Walks at Saddle Creek Park.
These morning walks are scheduled every Saturday from August to the end of October. This year we have several guides assisting with the walks.

The northeast of Saddle Creek Park offers a good cover for many migratory species on their way to South America. The forested areas along the trail are made of a mix of deciduous and evergreen trees packed with high energy food for the traveling birds. Warblers as well as other passerine birds including wood thrushes and ovenbirds may be seen at this location. These walks are open to birders of all levels.
