Join our in-staff naturalist and photographer Reinier Munguia on a journey through the American Southwest, one of the most exciting destinations in North America. This trip takes you through some of the most colorful National Parks teaming with wildlife highly adapted to survive in these environments. Learn about the Collared lizard, the white-tailed prairie dogs, and the pronghorns among other wildlife.

Take a look into the Grand Canyon and the many species that call this land feature its home. Birds are really abundant in this region specially during fall migration when many northern species stop here to refuel before continuing their journey south of the border. Follow a herd of bighorn sheep's in search of food through the steep rock formations at Zion National Park or witness an elk fighting for dominance. Experience the fall migration through the western states with a visit to Bosque National Wildlife Refuge where more than 30,000 snow geese come to spend the winter together with an almost equal number of sandhill cranes and countless duck species.

These are some of the places you'll see in this presentation.
