Florida’s Natural Settling Ponds. Meet at the Lake Wales City Hall parking lot, 201 West Central Avenue, Lake Wales, FL. 33853, at 8:00 a.m. to meet our guide. We will carpool to the wetlands, stopping periodically for observation. Restrooms are located at City Hall, but no facilities are located at the wetlands. Bring lunch, binoculars, scopes, walkie-talkies, etc. After our tour, we can lunch at Lake Wailes Park.
